Toby DeMoss, CPA, is the Director of Tax at Flix North America Inc., where they lead all tax-related matters for the North America segment. With over 12 years of expertise in income tax compliance, ASC 740, and M&A, they have a robust background in public companies and large private equity backed corporations. Toby's experience includes roles at PwC as a Senior Associate and in budget management at OSU Budget and Asset Management. They hold a Master’s and Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University.
