Jannis Koehn has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jannis co-founded FLOAT in 2021 and currently serves as the COO and CFO. Prior to this, Jannis worked at Looklet from 2015 to 2021, where they held multiple positions including CEO, CFO, COO, and Board Member. Jannis also gained valuable consulting experience at The Boston Consulting Group, where they worked as a Project Leader, Consultant, and Associate from 2009 to 2015. Jannis has also interned at Dii, Waterland Private Equity, and the German Business Association in the Russian Federation.

Jannis Koehn pursued higher education in various prestigious institutions. Jannis obtained a Diploma in Business Administration from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, graduating in 2008. In 2006, Jannis also completed a temporary exchange program at Brandeis International Business School, focusing on Business, Finance, and Economics. Additionally, Jannis pursued an MBA exchange program at Esade during the same year, further expanding their business knowledge and expertise.

Jannis' dedication to learning continued as they enrolled at Harvard Kennedy School in 2011, where they earned a Master's in Public Administration (MPA) in 2013. During this time, they also pursued cross-registration at Harvard Business School, specializing in Energy Innovation, HR, and Risk Management.

Furthermore, Jannis sought cross-registration opportunities at Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2012, with a particular emphasis on Electric Power Regulation.
