Andrew Dale

Andrew Dale is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations, financial products, and strategic partnerships. Currently serving as SVP Operations & GM Financial Products at Float since June 2022, Andrew has held various leadership roles including VP & GM and GM, where responsibilities included P&L management and expanding financial services functionalities. Previously, Andrew held key positions in startups and established firms, including Chief of Staff and Head of Operations at Micro, and finance lead at Shopify, along with founding the D2C company Daveed Bags. Andrew's early career included notable roles in private equity at Acasta Capital and OMERS Private Equity, as well as investment banking at RBC Capital Markets, contributing to a strong background in business strategy and execution. Andrew holds an Honors Bachelor of Business Administration from Schulich School of Business and a BBA from The University of Hong Kong.
