Christopher Hayes

Christopher Hayes is a seasoned product designer and educator with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the design and strategic planning fields. Currently serving as a Principal Product Designer at Float since June 2023 and a Professor at Centennial College's School of Communications, Media, Arts and Design, Christopher previously held significant positions including Head of Product & Design at GoodGood and Vice President of Product Design at Homebase. Notable achievements include driving product roadmaps that facilitated international market expansion, contributing to substantial growth at Ritual.co, and managing design teams at Bensimon Byrne. Christopher co-founded HEIST Data + Design, leading innovative projects, and has a solid foundation in digital marketing and strategy from earlier roles. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Queen's University and a diploma in Graphic Design & Advertising from George Brown College.
