Doug Norton

Doug Norton is the Vice President of Post Sales at Float and a Limited Partner at Success Venture Partners, where they focus on bringing customer success expertise to startups. They previously held senior roles in sales strategy and operations at KPMG and led customer success programs at BILL, significantly impacting revenue growth and customer retention. Doug served as a lecturer on operations and private equity strategy at the University of California, Berkeley, and has contributed to non-profit growth strategy through their work with Clausen House. They hold an MBA with honors from the University of California, Berkeley, and are currently pursuing a BS in Information Systems Management with honors from Brigham Young University.
