Lauren Bates

Lauren Bates is an experienced product management professional with a focus on simplifying spending for companies and teams at Float since November 2022. Prior roles include Head of Product and Co-Founder at Railtown, where extensive product leadership was demonstrated from March 2018 to November 2022. Additional experience includes serving as a Product Consultant for Green Apple Pay and instructing in Data Analytics at BrainStation. Previous positions encompass product management and business intelligence roles at ACL, Koho, Upsight, and Fuse Powered, as well as early career roles in analysis and project management at Direct Energy and Queen's Faculty of Applied Science. Lauren holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Mathematics and Engineering - Mechanical from Queen's University, completed in 2010.
