We are the oldest and largest float tank center in the Boston Metro areas. Here at Float Boston, we help people and teams disconnect from the noise and rediscover balance.

Located in Somerville, we’re Boston’s top rated recovery studio — combining science-based float therapy with advanced wellness modalities designed to calm the mind, restore the body, and elevate performance.

Our studio features:
🌀 Float Therapy – 60- and 90-minute sensory-reduction sessions that quiet the mind, ease anxiety, and accelerate recovery.

❄️ Cryotherapy – Our crowd favorite is the Pain & Inflammation spray, which can remove inflammation, pain, tightness and soreness for weeks after just one treatment.

🧘 The Haven – A serene massage chair, meditation and yoga space for mindfulness, breath-work, and restoration. The only such space in the greater Boston area that runs completely on donations.

We believe wellness should be both personal and collective. That’s why we offer Corporate Wellness Programs tailored for Boston-area organizations looking to reduce burnout, improve focus, and increase employee satisfaction.

Teams visit Float Boston for “reset sessions” that leave them calm, clear, and ready to perform — or we design custom memberships and wellness credits for ongoing staff benefits.

Whether you’re an individual seeking peace or a company investing in your people, Float Boston is where high performance meets deep recovery.
