Jeff Summers is an accomplished entrepreneur and technology leader with extensive experience in business process consultancy and software development. As the founder of Float into the Clouds, Jeff has successfully managed an independent consultancy that has improved operations for over a hundred organizations. In a previous role as CTO and co-founder of iwinBACK Inc., Jeff developed an innovative Omni-Channel Marketing Software Solution, enhancing customer retention strategies. Jeff's leadership experience extends to MindField Group, where responsibilities included overseeing IT operations and leading recruitment efforts for top Canadian retailers. A co-founder of Orbital Web Design, Jeff's early career included various roles in business analysis and solutions delivery. Jeff holds a BBA in Marketing from Capilano University and has pursued additional certifications in business analysis, technical writing, Six Sigma, and project management.
