Lena Perzyna serves as the Design Studio Manager at FLOAT Studio since September 2023. Prior to this role, Lena held various positions at adidas from July 2017 to September 2023, including Studio Manager for Innovation and Assistant Studio Manager for Creative Direction. Earlier experience includes an Administrative Assistant role at Pace University from September 2016 to July 2017, and volunteer positions as a Social Worker Volunteer at Friends of the Street Children and as a Fieldwork Research Volunteer at JCTR in June and July 2014. Lena also contributed as a Talks Producer at USFtv from August 2013 to May 2014. Educationally, Lena earned a Bachelor’s Degree in International/Global Studies from the University of San Francisco and has additionally pursued studies at Zambia University and Jagiellonian University.
