Meghan Smith

Meghan Smith has a wealth of experience in Human Resources and Talent Management. Meghan has worked in various roles since 2002, beginning with an HR Coordinator role at Irwin Toy. From 2003 to 2010, they worked for Direct Energy, first as an HR Coordinator, then as an HR Business Partner, and finally as a Manager of IS Graduate Resourcing and Development. In 2010, they moved to Centric Health as Director of Talent & Culture, followed by a role as Talent Management Consultant at MLSTMS in 2013. In 2016, they joined Altum Health - University Health Network as Head of People. In 2019, they became VP of People & Culture at Top Hat, and in 2021 they took on the role of VP, People & Experience at Lane, as well as Leadership & Executive Coach | Career Coach | HR & People Consultant at MLS Coaching & Consulting. Meghan is currently Head of People at Float.

Meghan Smith completed their Honours Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources & Marketing from Laurentian University/Universit\u00e9 Laurentienne in 1999.
