Jessica E. Krane

Jessica E. Krane has held a variety of roles in the past twelve years, beginning with Event Manager at UJA-Federation of New York in 2009. Jessica E. then moved on to become a Litigation Paralegal at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP in 2011, followed by Attorney Recruiting and Development Coordinator at the same company in 2012. In 2013, they became an Investment Banking, Treasury, and Corporate Banking Recruiter at Barclays. In 2014, they took on the role of Lateral Recruiter, Associate at Moelis & Company. In 2017, they were appointed Vice President, IB Lateral Recruitment at Guggenheim Partners. In 2019, they began working as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at EquityZen. In 2021, they took on two roles: Head of Talent at Equi and Head of Talent at Demoflow. Her most recent role is VP, People at FloatMe, which they began in 2022.
