Jessica Krane

Jessica Krane currently serves as the VP of People & Operations at FloatMe, a financial wellness solution aimed at enhancing employee access to earnings and financial education. Prior to FloatMe, Jessica held the position of Head of Talent at Equi, focusing on alternative investments for financial independence, and at Demoflow, where the emphasis was on improving sales presentations through cohesive systems. Additionally, Jessica was a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at EquityZen, a marketplace for private pre-IPO investments, and previously served as Vice President of IB Lateral Recruitment at Guggenheim Partners. Education was obtained at the University of San Diego.
