Chadd Shaffer is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in backend API development and software architecture. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Flock Freight since April 2022, Chadd previously held positions at Tableau Software and Amazon. At Amazon, significant contributions included owning core backend APIs for Amazon Instant Video, enhancing performance, and ensuring high availability. Chadd also played a crucial role in mentoring new team members and providing design guidance on various projects.
