Eric Ormes

Eric 승건 Ormes is an accomplished cybersecurity professional currently serving as the Director of Information Security at Flock Safety since September 2025. Prior to this role, Eric held the position of Security Transformation Leader at both Mandiant (part of Google Cloud) and Google from August 2023 to September 2025. Eric also has significant experience as a Senior Fellow in Defense Studies (Cyber) at the American Foreign Policy Council from January 2020 to April 2025. Previously, Eric was the Head of Security Technology and Security Architecture at CLEAR, overseeing various security operations including IAM, SOAR, and vulnerability management. Eric's career includes roles such as Global CTI and VM Lead at A&O Shearman, Vice President of Cyber Audit at JPMorgan Chase, Senior Principal Analyst at General Dynamics Information Technology, and Chair of the Cybersecurity and Technology Discussion Group at Young Professionals in Foreign Policy. Eric holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Virginia, a Certificate of Business from the McIntire Business Institute, and an MS in Information Assurance from Capitol Technology University.
