Mike Hutton

Mike Hutton is an experienced professional in law enforcement and customer success management, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager for Law Enforcement at Flock Safety since February 2022. In this role, Mike manages a substantial portfolio of law enforcement agency clients, ensuring effective onboarding and ongoing training while addressing customer requests and coordinating with internal teams. Prior to Flock Safety, Mike worked for nearly nine years as a Police Officer for the City of Elgin, responding to emergencies and supporting outside agencies, and earlier served as a Police Officer at Northwestern University, ensuring safety and security within the campus and surrounding areas. Mike holds a Bachelor's degree in Law Enforcement and Justice Administration from Western Illinois University.
