Michael Matthews is the Head of Actuarial at Flock, where they have been leading since 2025. Previously, they served as a Senior Pricing Manager at AXA from 2021 to 2025 and held various actuarial positions within the same company, including Pricing Manager and Actuarial Analyst. Michael obtained a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cardiff University in 2014 and became a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries in 2019. They completed their A Levels at The Skinners' School, achieving top grades in Maths and Biology.
