Thomas Rogers

Thomas Rogers has worked in the insurance industry for over 15 years. Thomas started their career at THB Group Ltd in August 2005 as a Senior Account Handler. Thomas was responsible for handling a book of fleet business and was involved in backup underwriting of new and existing business, account management, and retention of the renewal book. In April 2015, they were promoted to Schemes Underwriter / Motor Fleet Broker. In this role, they were responsible for managing binders through a number of A Rated Lloyd's syndicates, taking overall responsibility for portfolio management and general underwriting duties. Thomas was also responsible for developing underwriting strategies, carrier relationship management, managing review cycles and auditing, broker relationship development, overseeing a small team responsible for renewals and general administration, and analysis of external market forces and trends to aid product development. In November 2020, they left THB Group Ltd to join Flock as Head of Underwriting (UK).

Thomas Rogers attended Erith Secondary School and Erith Sixth Form. Thomas holds a Chartered Insurance Institute Advanced Diploma in Insurance and a Chartered Insurance Institute Diploma in Insurance.

They are on a team with and Tom Parkes - Claims Operations Lead UK & EU. Thomas Rogers reports to Caroline Garrow, Chief Insurance Officer.
