flockheart was founded by Manie Fahey, an accomplished executive with 20+ years of experience driving successful strategy, market share and revenue growth in the commercial interiors industry.

In 2018 the company acquired Office System Installers (OSI), a
36-year old facilities support services business. These primary services and clients remained under flockheart, but the vision continues to expand to incorporate more turnkey solutions and adapt to the growing needs of our customers.

Since its inception, flockheart has held firmly to four core values that
built its foundation for excellence:

1. Embrace the power of curiosity
2. Make every engagement remarkable
3. Empowered to put your interests first
4. Celebrate social diversity

These values have been the driving force behind the company’s unrelenting commitment to quality, safety and professionalism.

Above all else, we value your trust. This is what drives our behaviors and dedication to be more creative, diligent, and hardworking for our clients. Our team of industry experts have decades of experience working successfully with top Fortune 500 companies and have created a company culture committed to changing the communities we serve.
