Andrew Strom

Andrew (Andy) Strom is currently the Chief Product Officer and SVP Engineering at Floe International and Varatti Boats. With extensive experience in engineering and product development, Andy held notable positions such as Vice President of Engineering at Polaris Inc. and Senior Vice President at Northern Tool + Equipment, where they led global engineering and manufacturing operations. They began their career at Honeywell International as a Sr. Development Engineer and have continued to excel in various leadership roles across multiple companies, gaining a reputation for driving product innovation and development. Andy is pursuing a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science at the University of Minnesota and the Carlson School of Management, respectively.
