FLOHOM is redefining what it means to live, stay, and connect on the water.

We’re building an ecosystem of vertically integrated businesses—from the water up—designed to unlock the full potential of waterfronts through floating real estate and hospitality. We design, build, and operate floating spaces that transform underutilized marina slip space into high-performing, revenue-generating assets, while delivering unforgettable guest experiences.

From luxury floating suites to turnkey marina amenities like showerhouses, lounges, and offices, FLOHOM is creating the modern infrastructure for a new era of hospitality.

At the heart of our mission is access. We’re opening the door to the on-water lifestyle for more people—no boat or waterfront property required.

FLOHOM Stay is our flagship rental network: a first-of-its-kind collection of floating suites where modern comfort meets serene waterfront living. Whether you’re planning a destination getaway, a peaceful staycation, or a new kind of work-from-water escape, FLOHOM invites you to slow down, reset, and go with the flow.

FLOHOM is more than a place to stay, it’s a platform for sustainable waterfront development, community connection, and a bold reimagining of what life on the water can look like.

Welcome aboard.
