Derek Meyer has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Derek began their career in 2013 as a Detailer at BMW of North America, LLC, where they were responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of vehicles. In 2015, they transitioned to Apple, where they held various roles including Technical Specialist, Sales Specialist, and Administrator. As a Technical Specialist, Derek assisted customers with device-related queries and provided repair options. In their Sales Specialist role, they provided exceptional customer service and advised customers on suitable products and services. Additionally, they worked as a Sales Intern Representative at Eli Lilly and Company in 2019, gaining hands-on experience in pharmaceutical sales. More recently, Derek joined Floify in 2020 as a Customer Support Specialist, and later transitioned to the role of QA Tester starting in March 2022.
