Flomics
Marc Weber is a Bioinformatics Senior Scientist at Flomics since December 2022. Prior to this role, Marc was a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Centre for Genomic Regulation (CRG) from May 2015 to July 2022, where significant contributions included the development of a quantitative model of protein synthesis and the analysis of amino acid composition impacts on protein expression. Marc also served as an instructor for a workshop on whole-cell modeling and has a robust research background that includes a Ph.D. in Physics from Universitat de Barcelona, where research focused on stochasticity in bacterial gene regulatory networks. Additional experiences encompass a visiting graduate student role at the University of California, San Diego, and various research positions at the University of Barcelona, including internships in experimental setup development.
