Jean Sharp is an Independent Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chair with a diverse career in finance and governance. Currently serving as a director for FBD Insurance and Flood Re since 2021, Jean has previously held positions as a Non-Executive Board Member for the RAC Pension Scheme Trustees LTD from 2014 to 2022 and for PERSONAL ASSETS TRUST PUBLIC LIMITED COMPANY, with a tenure extending to 2025. Jean also served as Chief Taxation Officer at Aviva from 1998 to 2019 and was a Tax Partner at EY between 1987 and 1998. In education, Jean is pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce and a Masters in Accounting at University College Dublin, where they achieved First Class Honours.
