Jeffrey A. Smith, CSM, CTFL, has extensive experience in software quality assurance, leading and coordinating teams across multiple projects. With a background in management information systems and marketing, Jeffrey has held various roles in different companies, including leading quality assurance teams and working as a cashier and warehouse specialist during college. Currently serving as a Software Quality Assurance Team Lead at Flooid, Jeffrey has successfully completed planned tasks on time and supervised a team of QAs and contractors.
