Andy Stofanik

Andy Stofanik has over 30 years of experience in loss prevention and operations management. Andy started their career at Home Depot in 1992 as a Loss Prevention Supervisor and worked their way up to Regional Director of Operations. Andy then joined Floor & Decor in 2014 and has held various roles, including Vice President of Operations, Safety & Loss Prevention. Throughout their career, Andy has focused on executing loss prevention and safety core programs, developing talent, and maximizing profitability through operational processes and strategic planning.

Andy Stofanik obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Criminology from Florida State University in 1992. Additionally, they hold certifications in Principles of Occupational Safety and Health from the National Safety Council (2007), Advanced Interview and Interrogation Techniques from Wicklander - Zulawski (2005), Interview and Interrogation Techniques from Wicklander - Zulawski (2001), and Certificates of Corrections and Law Enforcement from Florida State University (1992).
