Ashley Simon

Ashley Simon is an experienced technology professional currently serving as the Director of IT Product Management at Floor & Decor since March 2020, where responsibilities include managing product owners and UX/UI resources, as well as overseeing two large agile development teams focused on customer-facing technology. Previously, Ashley held the position of Senior Product Manager for Connected Customer, managing multiple large development teams and driving the technology strategy for various platforms, including loyalty systems and CRM solutions. Prior roles include Managing Consultant at Midtown Consulting Group, Business Systems Analyst at Fiserv, Senior User Experience Designer at DataOceans, LLC, Product Management Intern at Microsoft, and several positions at Georgia Institute of Technology. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Computational Media from Georgia Institute of Technology, completed in 2014.
