Devan Graham is an experienced sourcing and operations professional currently serving as the Manager of Global Sourcing at Floor & Decor since August 2023, focusing on supplier diversification, supply chain resilience, and raw material traceability. Previously, Devan held the role of Purchasing Lead at Canoa, managing procurement processes and improving project data flows. As the Head of Product at Grubbly Farms, Devan successfully launched Vroomies™ Snacks for Dogs and established a Product Development division, while also significantly increasing the company's revenue as Director of Operations. Devan's early career included key engineering roles, project management at Andritz, and research at Georgia Tech, culminating in a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
