Edward Costa

Edward Costa is an experienced construction and real estate executive with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Vice President of Construction at Floor & Decor since June 2015, Edward has previously held leadership roles at Office Depot as Vice President of Real Estate & Construction, where responsibilities included directing real estate and construction initiatives across North America and managing a team of 30 professionals. Edward's achievements include opening over 470 stores and leading the first LEED Gold certified retail project in the office supply sector. Prior experience includes Director of Construction at The Home Depot, overseeing the opening of over 100 stores in the Northeast Division, and a role as Regional Maintenance Manager at Kmart Corporation. Edward also served in the United States Air Force as a Staff Sergeant specializing in avionics systems. Edward holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Computer Information Systems from Park University.
