Esteban Rocha

Esteban Rocha has extensive experience in retail operations and management, currently serving as Operations Manager and previously as Department Manager at Floor & Decor since November 2019. Prior to this role, Esteban held various management positions at Lowe's Companies, Inc., including Asset Protection Manager and Service Manager from March 2014 to May 2019, and Assistant Store Manager from May 2002 to October 2010. Esteban also worked as a Team Lead at Bass Pro Shops between November 2012 and March 2014. Esteban pursued studies in Computer Science at Crafton Hills College from 2011 to 2013.
