Jerrad Cox

Jerrad Cox is a seasoned professional in merchandising and operations with extensive experience in the flooring and home improvement industry. Since September 2013, Jerrad has held multiple roles at Floor & Decor, currently serving as Senior Manager of Regional Merchandising, and has previously worked as Chief Executive Merchant, Sales Manager, and Inventory Manager, among others. Prior to this, Jerrad gained valuable experience as an MBA Store Operations Intern at Lowe's Home Improvement, where market analysis and strategic recommendations were a focus. Additionally, Jerrad contributed significantly to Mohawk Industries as a Regional Merchandising/Marketing Manager, overseeing sales and margin strategies, and previously held roles coordinating dealer programs. Jerrad holds an MBA in Marketing and Operations from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the same institution, along with initial studies at Georgia Southern University.
