Mike Schultz

Mike Schultz has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Mike started their career in 1996 as a Global Sourcing Manager at Best Power. Mike then worked as a Director of Customer Service at John H. Harland Company before moving on to roles such as Director of Service and Support at Monorail Computer Corp., Vice President of Professional Services at Ockham Technologies Inc., and Vice President of Operations at Industriaplex. Mike also held positions at INVISTA Inc., The Home Depot, and Hangzhou GreatStar Tools Co., Ltd. In their most recent role, they served as the Sr. Vice President of Supply Chain at Floor & Decor. Overall, Mike Schultz has gained significant experience in operations, sales, global sourcing, and supply chain management throughout their career.

Mike Schultz completed an Accelerated Leadership Program (ALP) at Emory University - Goizueta Business School in 2007. In 1996, they underwent Six Sigma 'Master Black Belt' Quality training at the Six Sigma Academy. From 1988 to 1990, they attended General Electric for their Manufacturing Management Program (MMP). Mike obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University in the period of 1984 to 1988. Additionally, they have undertaken various leadership, problem-solving, process improvement, and computer courses.
