Ron I. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in inventory forecasting and solutions, currently serving as Senior Director at Floor & Decor since February 2016. In this role, Ron I. has successfully designed and implemented processes to optimize cash flow and support commercial inventory strategies for over 30 new store openings annually.
