Ruby Chen

Ruby Chen is a Quality Manager at Floor & Decor, where they are responsible for quality assurance of tiles and stone products, as well as sourcing new stone suppliers. Previously, Ruby gained extensive experience in quality management roles at various companies, including H&M, The Home Depot, and IKEA, focusing on supplier evaluations, quality audits, and complaint handling. Ruby began their career as an Associate Engineer in Incoming Quality Assurance at SMIC. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Fudan University.
