Steve Mitchell is an accomplished retail professional with extensive experience in management and operations. Currently serving as Chief Executive Merchant at Floor & Decor since March 2023, Steve previously held the position of Operations Manager. Prior to this role, Steve worked at Ross Stores, Inc. as Store Manager from June 2021 to March 2023. Steve's career also includes significant tenure at DICK'S Sporting Goods and Best Buy, where Steve served as Store Manager and General Manager, respectively. Steve earned a degree in Marketing from The University of Alabama in Huntsville between 1981 and 1985.
