Jeff Weilert is an experienced professional in product development and engineering, currently serving as Vice President of Product Development at Flooret since January 2025. Previously, Jeff held leadership roles at Solo Stove as Vice President of Engineering and Vice President of Product Development from April 2020 to June 2024, and at Clarus Glassboards as Vice President of Product from December 2016 to March 2020. Earlier roles include Operations Engineer at National Door Industries, Inc. and Project Manager at Parkway Construction & Associates, L.P. Jeff also contributed as Vice President & General Manager at Weilert Group from April 2002 to June 2012 and worked as a consultant for WRI. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University, completed in 2001.
