Lore Verstaen

Lore Verstaen is a freelance finance professional with over 20 years of experience in change management, process optimization, and project management. They currently serve as a Business Controller at Floorify and have held various roles including Financial Controller at AlliA and Senior Project Controller at House of HR. Previously, Lore managed a team of eight controllers as Business Controlling Manager at Unilin division Flooring, overseeing operations for 15 entities worldwide. They hold a Master's degree from Ghent University and continue to enhance their expertise through ongoing training in financial controlling and IFRS.
