Diego Pineda

Diego Pineda is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and business development. Currently serving as Sales Operations Manager at FlooringMaster since November 2023, Diego also founded TOP PERFORMANCE CONTRACTORS, where responsibilities include guiding innovation and consulting. Over the years, Diego has held various roles, including Territory Sales Manager at Masters Building Products, and Sales Manager and Store Manager at FlooringMaster, LLC. Diego contributed to community engagement as an Ambassador for both the West Pasco and Central Pasco Chambers of Commerce. Earlier career roles include Business Development Manager at El Jardin flower and garden room and Mortgage Loan Officer at Fidelis Mortgage Corporation. Diego holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Financial Management Services from Universidad EAFIT and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira.
