Matthew Patton

Matthew Patton is an experienced accounting professional with a solid background in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Partner Implementation Consultant at FloQast since January 2022, Matthew has held progressively responsible positions including Accounting Technology Consultant I and II. Prior experience includes five years at Compass, where Matthew advanced from Accounting Associate to Senior Accounting Manager, overseeing multiple accounting functions. Earlier, Matthew worked as a Staff Accountant at closerlook, inc., handling month-end closing activities for a digital marketing agency, and as an Accountant for the United States Department of Energy, supporting financial integrity for six national laboratories. Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois Chicago.
