James Pope is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in digital marketing, analytics, and brand management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global Digital Marketing & Analytics/GM FLOR at Interface since July 2023, James is responsible for developing and implementing global strategies for the full product portfolio. Previously, James held various leadership roles at FLOR, including General Manager with full P&L responsibility, and Director of Marketing & Sales Operations. Prior to FLOR, James was the Principal Owner of JGP Brand & Retail Strategy, focusing on revenue growth through brand storytelling. James's career includes significant positions at Ballard Designs, Storehouse, and several retail companies, enhancing expertise in brand awareness campaigns, marketing strategy, and operations management. James holds an MBA in Marketing from Georgia State University and a BA in English Literature from The University of Georgia.
