The general idea in the floriculture industry is "Work hard and you will automatically become successful." But is that true?

These are difficult times for the industry. Many companies do not succeed or have trouble keeping their heads above water, mainly because of the high costs and low margins.  And then what?

There is rumor and a lot of things are changing. Digitization, new processes and changing consumer behavior. It makes for an all new way of thinking and working. How do you deal with these developments? Because changes also bring new challenges and opportunities!
