Tom Wilshere is currently the Chief Technology Officer and Principal Developer at Florence, where Tom leads the development of digital on-demand products. Prior to this role, Tom worked as a Lead Developer at Decoded, where Tom created and delivered presentations on cyber security, innovation, and code. Tom has a background in software development, with experience at companies such as Amazon and Scribboard, where Tom co-founded an online collaborative drawing app. Tom holds a degree in MEng Computing from Imperial College London and has a history of volunteer work, including leading a cadet group at St John Ambulance.
