Edwin Kodde

Edwin Kodde has extensive experience in production management and strategic oversight, currently serving as the Manager Production Contracts, Data & Projects and Manager externe productie at Florensis International since December 2001. In these roles, Edwin is responsible for the implementation of robotics and AI within the production environment, as well as steering production processes at external partner companies, focusing on quality, quantity, financial outcomes, and overall efficiency. Prior to this, Edwin served as the Afdelingshoofd Plantverwerking and Groepshoofd Plantverwerking, overseeing plant processing operations. Edwin's career began at Overaa BV as a Werkvoorbereider, where the focus was on the production of perkplanten. Educational credentials include studies at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, completion of the Baak Leadership Program, and training at Florijn College and MltuS.
