Kees van de Meent is a Managing Partner and Attorney at Law at Florent, where expertise encompasses insolvency law, international asset recovery, and civil fraud litigation. With a career spanning over three decades, Kees has been a member of ICC FraudNet for the Netherlands since April 2007, participating in a global network dedicated to asset tracing and recovery. Prior to Florent, Kees served as a Partner at Höcker Advocaten, focusing on insolvency law and fraud litigation. Kees holds a degree in Dutch law and Tax law from Leiden University, complemented by advanced training through Insolad.
