Michelle Ross

Michelle Ross has a robust career in marketing, public relations, and claims management, currently serving as the Marketing and Public Relations Manager as well as the Head of Merchandising at FLORMAR since June 2015. Prior to this role, Michelle Ross worked at AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. from August 2010 to January 2015, holding positions as Claims Handler and Complaints Administrator. Michelle Ross also gained valuable experience at Quinn Direct Insurance as Claims Negotiations Manager from May 2007 to August 2010 and started their career as a Sales Representative at McCabes Pharmacy between March 2006 and May 2007. Michelle Ross obtained a high school diploma from Our Lady of Mercy Beaumont, completed the Honors/Regents High School/Secondary Diploma Program, and furthered education at The Galligan Beauty Group from 2004 to 2005.
