Thijs H.

Thijs H. is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in credit risk management, currently serving as the Director of Credit Risk at Floryn, the fastest-growing fintech in the Netherlands since January 2020. Prior to Floryn, Thijs held multiple roles at Rabobank Groep from August 2011 to December 2019, including Head of Credit Risk, Lead Underwriting, and Senior Credit Underwriter, as well as a Senior Financieringsspecialist within the Grootbedrijfteam Zuidoost. Thijs also gained experience as a Senior Associate in Structured Finance and as a Corporate Management Trainee. A solid educational foundation is represented by a Master’s degree in Financial Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration from Tilburg University.
