Aditya Halan has held a variety of positions in the technology industry. In 2020, they became Chief Technology Officer for Floship, a leading logistics technology company, and Entrepreneur at Antler. In 2017, they were Chief Technology Officer & COO for OkSir, an on-demand real time online based marketplace. From 2014 to 2017, they were Founder & CEO of Zento Business, Travel & Employee Expense Management, Chief Technology Officer for Helper4U.in, and Director & Chief Executive Officer for General Data P. Limited. From 2006 to 2007, they were Project Engineer - Embedded Systems for Wipro Technologies, and in 2005, they were RF Engineer - Intern for Reliance Communications.

Aditya Halan has a diverse education history. From 1987 to 1999, they attended Stewart School. From 1999 to 2001, they attended Odisha Jobs and received a High School degree in Science. From 2002 to 2006, they attended Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University and received a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Software Engineering.
