Amy Stepman has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Amy began their career in 2007 as a Brand Ambassador at TEAM Enterprises before moving on to be a Brand Media Intern at The Coca-Cola Company in 2008. In 2009, Amy joined Carat as an Assistant Media Planner, where they handled both digital and traditional media planning. Amy then worked at Universal McCann from 2010 to 2013, initially as a Digital Strategist, then as an Integrated Strategist, and finally as a Manager of Portfolio Management. Amy joined GSD&M in 2013 as a Media Planner before transitioning to FloSports later that year. At FloSports, they held various roles, including Director of Sales Marketing Solutions, Director of Project Management & Client Success, and most recently, as Director of Content Operations. In these roles, Amy oversaw strategy execution, managed advertising sponsorships, and fostered client relationships to ensure the success of sponsorship programs.
Amy Stepman earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a focus on Advertising from Penn State University from 2004 to 2008.
