Eric Duong

Eric Duong is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and management roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Flosum since December 2022, Eric previously held the same position at Teleport from June 2021 to November 2022. Eric's background also includes managing artists at Gold Ain’t Cheap and roles in sales and user success at Miro and Elastic, where Eric contributed to the success of the Elastic Stack product suite. Eric's early career involved a practicum at Texas Children's Hospital, gaining valuable insights into healthcare information systems. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences from The University of Texas at Austin, as well as a Health Informatics and Health Information Technology Professional Education Program certification and a Business Foundations Certificate from Texas McCombs School of Business.
