Keith West

Keith West serves as the Technical Product Director at Flosum since May 2023 and previously worked at Salesforce from August 2017, where roles included Product Senior Manager and Technical & Data Architect, as well as Senior Manager for Field Success in Strategy & Operations for the Sales Cloud Practice. Keith has extensive experience in Salesforce implementation and integration from positions held at Mutual of Omaha and ACI Worldwide, where Keith contributed as an Application Solution Architect and Sr. Information Systems Engineer. In addition to a robust technical career, Keith is an author working on a book focused on the forgiveness process and reconciliation to aid individuals struggling with emotional distress. Keith holds a Master's degree in Theology from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Arts in Leadership from Bellevue University.
