From silos to sync.

The internet democratized information. AI is now democratizing intelligence. Yet factory floors are still run on instinct because data lives in silos—ERPs, emails, machine logs, PDFs—that don’t talk. Small frictions become delays, rework, and lost margin.

India’s 2047 vision demands at least 30% manufacturing contribution to GDP; today, we stand at 17%. That won’t come from capacity alone; it comes from removing inefficiency in the supply chain and on the shop floor.

Flosync operates at the intersection of AI and manufacturing, building an AI Copilot for factories that enables evidence-based, real-time decision-making on the shop floor. We read your operation end-to-end, the structured and the messy—and connect patterns across systems that usually can’t speak to each other. Value erosion hides in delayed shipments, quality drift, inventory mismatches, and downtime. By the time it hits your P&L, it’s late. Flosync surfaces risk early, so decisions are evidence-based, not effort-based.

Connecting machines, data, and people so that operations move from reactive to predictive.

Led by Aniket Deb, co-founder of Bizongo (one of India’s earliest B2B e-commerce unicorns). After a decade building B2B supply chain infrastructure, Aniket’s belief in the power of B2B e-commerce was strengthened through his insights on Alibaba in 2015. He witnessed China’s industrial growth - happening on the foundation of their manufacturing potential. After a decade building B2B supply chain infrastructure and now also seeing India’s rapid rise as the fastest growing large economy in the world, he firmly believes that India’s future growth will certainly be built on the bedrock of manufacturing prowess.

We’re hiring: We are hiring passionate zero-to-one folks who resonate with our mission statement to fulfill the Viksit Bharat 2047 ambition by turning manufacturing data into foresight.
